The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's soccer team hits the road to face two Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference foes on Friday and Sunday. MSUM will face St. Cloud State on Friday at 1 p.m. and Minnesota Duluth on Sunday at 1 p.m.
St. Cloud State defeated the Dragons in last year's meeting by a score of 2-1, and Minnesota Duluth also topped the Dragons by a score of 2-1. MSUM is looking its first-ever win over St. Cloud State in soccer.
The Dragons are coming off a homestand where they went 0-2. MSUM dropped a 1-0 decision to Upper Iowa on Friday and a 4-0 game against Winona State on Sunday. MSUM is now 2-7 overall and 2-5 in NSIC action. The Dragons have eight games remaining in the regular-season.

Kayleigh Sedlacek has played in all nine games and has 66 saves with a 1.56 goals against average. Sedlacek posted a career-high 14 saves in 78:25 minutes against Winona State on Sunday.

About St. Cloud State
The Huskies are 3-4-3 overall and 3-2-2 in NSIC play. SCSU is coming off a 1-1 road trip where they defeated Wayne State 2-1 and dropped a 1-0 game to Augustana University (S.D). Hannah Marion paces the offense with four goals and 16 shots on goal. Maria Witte has contributed three goals, and Maria Kass has two goals. Monica Majeski leads the team with two assists, while five players have contributed one assist. Zoe Welsh has started nine games as goalkeeper and has a 1.33 goals against average. Welsh has 44 saves in 877:21 minutes of play. Gretta Arvesen is in her fifth season as the head coach for the Huskies.

The Bulldogs are 3-6-1 and 2-4-1 in NSIC play. UMD is coming off a 1-1 road trip that began with a 1-0 win over Augustana University (S.D.) and ended with a 2-0 loss to Wayne State. Julie Osborne leads the team with two goals and two assists for six points. Natalie St. Martin, Nan Glinsek, and Logan Nash each have one goal and one assist. Three additional Bulldogs have provided one goal on the year. Sisley Ng has logged 664:25 minutes at goalkeeper and has a 1.08 goals against average. Ng has 41 saves on the year. Greg Cane has been the head coach for UMD since 1994—the program's first year.
