ORLANDO, Fla. —The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's tennis team saw its seven-match winning streak end with a 7-0 loss to Grand Valley State in non conference action Monday in Orlando, Fla.
MSUM fell to 9-2 on the season while Grand Valley State improved to 15-3.
"The first time playing outdoors in five months is always going to be tough, and to make things harder this was a tough team," MSUM head coach
Oliver Summers said. "We battled hard and definitely found our outdoor legs."
Grand Valley State won the doubles point, taking all three matches. The closest match was at No. 1 where sophomore

Olivia Keelin fell to Madi Ballard and Marjia Leko, 6-4.
Lorissa Yuen battled tough at No. 2 singles before falling to Marily Canellopoulus 7-6, 6-4.
MSUM will play two matches on Tuesday, facing North Carolina Wesleyan at 10 a.m. Central time and Seton Hill at 5:30 p.m. CT.
