                     MINNETONKA, Minn. — The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's tennis team advanced at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference tournament with a 4-0 win over Bemidji State in action Saturday morning at Lifetime Fitness in Minnetonka, Minn. The match was over once MSUM earned the clinching fourth team point.
MSUM (15-3) will face Sioux Falls in the semifinals on Sunday morning at Lifetime Fitness. The match begins at 8 a.m.
"The team came out firing on all cylinders this morning," MSUM head coach 
Oliver Summers said. "It was a great start to the tournament now we'll go into our next round with strong momentum."
MSUM won two doubles matches to earn the team point. Sophomore 
Julia Geske and junior 
Olivia Keelin picked up a 6-1 win over Zoe Lindgren and Hannah Alme at No. 1 doubles for the Dragons while juniors 
Alexis Konecne and 
Emma Wood rolled to a 6-0 win over Brooke Mimmick and Breanna Walsh at No. 3.
Keelin picked up a 6-0, 7-5 win over Walsh at No. 5 singles for MSUM while freshman 
Jalyn Kornblum won 6-1, 6-2 over Hannah Peterson at No. 6. Freshman 
Rachel Nguyen won by injury default at No. 3 for MSUM.
MSUM led at No. 1, 2 and 4 singles but those matches were unfinished as a result of the Dragons clinching the match.
