MOORHEAD, Minn. -- Minnesota State Moorhead volleyball has announced that the program will be hosting a pair of clinics on December 7 and 14. Each day, the program will host a middle school and high school/college prep camp.
Both dates will feature the high/school college prep clinic beginning at noon, followed by the middle school clinic at 3 p.m. All clinics will take place in Nemzek Fieldhouse. Details on each camp are below:
High School/College Prep Clinic
Who: 9th grade-College Transfers
Time: December 7, 14 - 12:00-2:30pm
Price: $40.00 per session
- Open to athletes in 9th to 12th grades. These clinics will focus on individual skill training, team offensive and team defensive concepts, and overall game play.
- High School Clinic – this clinic is to help athletes improve individual skill development and continue playing volleyball in the off-season to keep improving for their high school season.
- College Prep Clinic - we will run the clinic like a Dragon Volleyball practice so you will get a taste/glimpse of what it would be like to be a dragon volleyball student-athlete. You will learn our training techniques and skills and a get a first-hand experience of our coaching style. If you are thinking about playing college volleyball after high school this camp is a great way to get a taste of that and to help elevate your level of play.
Middle School Clinic
Who: 5th-8th Grades
When: December 7, 14 - 3:00-5:00pm
Price: $40.00 per session
- Open to Girls and Boys in 5th-8th Grades
- These clinics will focus on individual skill development and overall game play in a fun environment. Come learn the fundamentals of volleyball from our Dragon student-athletes and coaches.
