MOORHEAD, Minn. -- Minnesota State Moorhead wrestling is set to host its 15th annual golf outing on Friday, August 14 beginning at 11:30 a.m. The event will be held at Frazee Golf Course in Frazee, Minn.

The MSUM wrestling program invites alumni, golfers and friends of Dragon wrestling to participate in the 15^th Annual Dragon Wrestling Golf Outing. This event is a great opportunity for coaches and wrestlers to meet these stakeholders, thank them and get wrestling alumni together prior to the upcoming season. The golf outing, a four-person scramble, will be held at the Frazee Golf Course located at 34482 State Highway 87 in Frazee, Minn.

Registration is set to begin at 11:30 a.m. before lunch is served at noon. Golfers will tee off thanks to a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Competitors planning to golf can register for $80 (lunch included) while a 'lunch only' option is available for $20. 

Golfers can register their own team, or the program can put competitors on a team with other golfers. There will be prizes for the top team, longest drive, closest to pin, longest putt and various other door prizes. The fee includes 18 holes of golf, a cart and a meal. Both male and female participants are welcome to join. There is a limit of 72 golfers, so early registration is encouraged. 

Schedule

Registration:  11:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Lunch:  12 – 1 p.m.
Shotgun start:  1 p.m.
Awards following the final round

Sponsorship Opportunities:  $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, or $500.  
The program is also taking donations for door prizes.
