BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Minnesota State University Moorhead junior
Amanda Carlson has been named to the All-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference second team in volleyball, the league announced on Thursday.
It is the first All-NSIC honor of Carlson's Dragon career.
She leads the Dragons in kills and service aces and is second on the team in digs. She has recorded 15 matches with double-digit kills and six double-doubles (double-digits in kills and digs). She has recorded 20 kills or more four times.
In conference only matches, Carlson leads in service aces per set (0.53), is eighth in kills per set (3.70) and is seventh in points per set.
In overall season stats she is ninth in kills per set (3.58), sixth in service aces (0.38) and ninth in points per set (4.19) among NSIC players.
