INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Minnesota State University Moorhead junior wrestler Cole Jones finished seventh at 133 pounds at the 42-team Midwest Classic, which concluced on Sunday in Indianapolis, Ind.
 
Jones, who went 2-1 on Saturday, opened Sunday with a 10-2 win over Hunter Ross of Coker College. He lost by a 6-3 decision to Jonathan Andreatta of Adams State, moving him into the seventh-place match, where he won by medical forfeit.
 
The Grand Rapids, Minn., native is now 5-6 on the season after going 4-2 on the weekend.
 
MSUM is off until Jan. 7-8 when it competes at the Western Colorado Duals.
