SMITHVILLE, Mo. – MSU Moorhead golf finished their second of three rounds at the NSIC Golf Championships on Saturday. The Dragons shot a 360 as a team in round two to bring their two-day total to 719.
MSUM sits in 11
th place after 36 holes with Augustana leading the pack at 37 strokes over par (613 total).
Callie Krause was the story of the day for the Dragons on day two, shooting an 84 over 18 holes to improve on yesterday's score by a whopping 17 strokes. Krause had five pars and two birdies including a four on the par-5 fifth hole which spanned 518 yards. Her two-day total now sits at 185 for the tournament.
Erin Summerbell moved her two-day total to 181 thanks to six pars and a birdie. Summerbell knocked in a birdie on the par-4 14
th hole.
Madison Braun shot a second-round 92 to push her two-day total to 175. The senior had three pars and a birdie on the par-4 12
th hole.
Meghan McBride shot a 93 including four pars to bring her two-day total to 184.
Ellie Fischer would shoot a 111 in round two for MSUM.
