MOORHEAD, Minn. -- Minnesota State Moorhead golf will embark on a trip to Blue Springs, Mo., this week for the annual NSIC Golf Championships. The 54-hole tournament will begin Wednesday at Adams Pointe Golf Club and wrap up Friday.
Live results will be available at msumdragons.com. Moorhead last competed on April 13-14 as part of the Wildcat Classic, carding a cumulative 693 over 36 holes.
The Tournament...The 2025-26 NSIC Women's Golf Championship will take place at Adams Pointe Golf Complex in Blue Springs, Missouri on April 22-24, 2026. The championship will consist of a 54-hole tournament. comprise of three competition days of 18 holes each. In the case of inclement weather, it is permissible to play more than 18 holes on competition days (to be determined by the Championship committee). Stroke play will determine the NSIC Championship, with the team with the lowest stroke total after the 54 holes being crowned NSIC Champion and receiving an automatic bid to the NCAA Championships.

Kamryn Wesloh saw a major individual improvement at the Wildcat Classic. The Zimmerman, Minn., native shot a personal best for the third straight tournament on day two. Wesloh shot an 84 in her final round with six even holes, improving by 12 strokes from day one.
Braun Chips Away...Junior
Regan Braun saw a strong improvement from day one to day two at the Wildcat Classic on April 13-14. Braun would conclude the Dragon scoring on day two, improving by 13 strokes. Braun shot a second-round 91 with four pars and a birdie. The junior earned one-under marks on the par-four 18
th hole that spanned 328 yards.

Halle Balluff holds the team's best stroke average, holding an 83.7 18-hole rate this season. Balluff also logged the team individual low round, carding a 74 in round two of the SMSU Challenge on March 13. Sophomore
Aspen Beyer has earned an 89.1 average this season while true freshman
Adi Houkom holds an average of 90.1.
