MSUM Ninth in 2025 NSIC Fall All-Sports Standings 12/3/2025 9:00:00 AM Share: BURNSVILLE, Minn. - The NSIC All-Sports Standings have been complied following the fall season. Again this year, the NSIC will recognize an overall champion along with a men's and a women's champion. Minnesota State Moorhead was ranked ninth overall in the fall report. Moorhead's men's programs rank second amongst all NSIC school with 24 points while MSUM's women's programs sit in 15th with 14.5 points. Overall, the Dragons are in ninth place with 38.5 points. In the overall standings, Minnesota State amassed 68.0 points and holds a nine point edge over Augustana (59.0) after the completion of five fall sports. Augustana also holds the edge in the men's standings with 28 points while MSU leads the women's standings with 45 points. Minnesota State earned the NSIC Women's Soccer regular season title while Augustana took top honors in men's cross country. Winona State won the women's cross country title while Minnesota Duluth won the football overall championship and Concordia-St. Paul and Wayne State shared the volleyball title. The winner of each title in a conference-sponsored championship receives points totaling the number of teams in that sport plus one. The next place finisher receives points totaling the number of teams less the number of places from first place. Ties in the standings at any level shall result in the totaling of points and equal distribution. The NSIC will release all-sports standings again following the winter sports season.
