Sam Hastreiter has been named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) North Division Player of the Week. The league announced its weekly awards on Tuesday afternoon.

- Scored a career-high 28 points in a victory over Minnesota Crookston on Saturday.
- Also added eight rebounds, one block and one steal in the game.
- Shot 61.5 percent from the floor for the game, including three made three-pointers.
- Converted on all nine of his foul shots in the win.
Hastreiter and the Dragons are back on the road this weekend for meetings with Concordia-St. Paul and Winona State. Action begins against the Golden Bears on Friday at 5:30 p.m.
