AVONDALE, Ariz. – Junior Madison Braun led the way for the Minnesota State University Moorhead women's golf team on Thursday at the Southwest Minnesota State Challenge at Coldwater Golf Club in Avondale, Ariz.
 
MSUM finished fourth in the four-team field with a 355, just two shots behind Minnesota Crookston.
 
Braun finished with an 86 to tie for 10th overall to pace the Dragons. Sophomore Erin Summerbell added an 87 and freshman Charmaine Haas carded a 90.
 
Junior Meghan McBride shot a 92 while junior Callie Krause shot a 94. Freshman Ellie Fischer, competing as an individual, shot a 99.
 
MSUM is off until April 2-3 when it competes at the Upper Iowa Invite.
