MOORHEAD, Minn. — The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's golf team finished eighth at the Tracy Lane Memorial which concluded Tuesday at the Bemidji Town and Country Club in Bemidji, Minn. The tournament was the season opener for the Dragons.

The Dragon women shot 364 in the final round to finish at 743 (379 – 364). Minnesota State was the meet champion at 641. Bemidji State's Molly Albrecht was the individual champion at 152 (77 – 75).  

MSUM's top finisher was freshman Halle Balluff at 181 (95 – 86) which tied for 32nd place. Senior Megan McBride shot 183 (91 – 93) and senior Madison Braun shot 185 (95 – 90).  Junior Erin Summerbell shot 194 (96 – 98) and senior Callie Krause shot 204 (98 – 106).  

Competing as individuals, freshman Adysen Tysdal finished at 188 (97-91) while sophomore Charmaine Haas finished at 197 (96-101). Sophomore Ellie Fischer finished at 199 (104-95) while freshman Megan Larson was at 221 (111-109).

The Dragons will be at Tipinsah Mounds invitational on Saturday and Sunday at Elbow Lake, Minn.
