ELBOW LAKE, Minn. — The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's golf team finished third a the Tipsinah Mounds Invitational which concluded Sunday at Tipsinah Mounds Golf Course near Elbow Lake, Minn.
MSUM finished the two-day tournament at 661 (327-334). The 327 on Saturday was a MSUM single-round school record.
Junior Erin Summerbell tied for ninth with a two-day total of 163 (82-81) to lead MSUM. Senior Meghan McBride carded a team-best 80 on Sunday and finished at 166 (86-80) and in 11th places.
Freshman Halle Balluff finished at 167 (80-87) while freshman Adysen Tysdal finished at 168 (82-86). Senior Madison Braun shot a 172 (83-89) for the tournament.
Competing as an individual, sophomore Charmaine Haas finished at 176 (89-87) for the Dragons. Senior Callie Krause added a 180 (91-80) while sophomore Ellie Fischer added a 184 (95-89). Freshman Megan Larson finished at 211 (105-106).
Next action for the Dragons is on Sept. 24-25 at the Mustang Invite.
