Two-year football letterman. Starting offensive guard. Named to the All-NIC and NAIA District 12 Football honor team as a junior and senior. Helped Dragons claim 1971 NIC Title. 1973 MSU graduate. Head football coach at Moorhead High School. Led Spuds to 1987 Class AA State Title with a perfect 14-0-0 record. Minnesota State Section 7AA Football Coach of the Year in 1987.
