A native of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Scott was elected football tri-captain at Moorhead State in 1982 and was a member of NIC championship teams in 1981 and 1982…A boy’s hockey coach at Roseau High School, Scott joined the Rams after a successful stay as Director of Athletic Fundraising and head football coach and Head hockey coach as University of Minnesota, Crookston…He led rams to 2007 Minnesota State AA Championship…He also coached Glyndon-Felton High School to the Minnesota State Class C football championship in 1985 and guided the Golden Eagles to two national junior college ice hockey championships in 1993-94…He was saluted as NJC Hockey Coach of the Year both times…
