Hall of Fame
For 40 years, Larry Scott was the sports information director at Minnesota State University Moorhead and in that time, became a legend in Dragon lore. His knack for statistics and the recollection of Dragon history are second to none. He served as SID at Moorhead from 1969 to 2009, and also served as the sports information director from the Northern Intercollegiate Conference (now the NSIC) for 25 years. He was elected to the College Sports Information Directors of America Hall of Fame in 1991 and received the Distinguished Service Award from MSUM in 1988. After retiring, Scott remained active in Dragon athletics, serving as a radio analyst for Dragon football games.
