A middle and long distance specialist from Farmington, Minnesota, Keith collected seven All-American certificates in cross country and track & field, including a 20th and 13th place finish at the NAIA Cross Country Championships in 1982 and 1984 respectively…Keith finished second in the mile relay and third in the distance medley relay at the 1985 NAIA Indoor Championship…Keith collected honors in the 1984 NAIA Indoor Championship by finishing second in the two-mile relay, fourth in the 1000m…At the 1984 NAIA Outdoor Championship, Kieth earned a fifth place finish in the 1500m… A two-year captain for the Dragons, Keith capped his career with 12 varsity letters in cross-country, indoor track and helped the Dragons win 12 team titles…
