All-American in the 1,500 meters and set a school record of 3:48…set MSU school record in 1,000-yard run…named Outstanding Senior Athlete of MSU in 1976…Placed first or second in the 1000-yard run all four years at NIC Indoor…also placed first or second in the 880-yard run all four years at NIC Outdoor…part of four conference championship teams…was two-time all-conference selection in cross country and part of two conference title cross country teams…helped cross country to fifth-place finish at NAIA National Meet in 1974.
