A track and cross-country standout at MSU Moorhead, Marc earned NAIA All-American honors for a fifth place finish in the mile at the 1983 NAIA National Indoor Championship and a second place finish in the two-mile relay at the 1984 NAIA Indoor Championship…Marc was a member of the MSUM’s record-setting distance medley team with mark of 9:49:94…During his career Marc was a member of Dragon teams that captured a total of nine Northern Intercollegiate Conference (NIC) championships in cross country, indoor and outdoor track & field…An Associate Athletics Director at the University of Minnesota, Marc joined the staff as assistant sports information director…He served as a member of the sports information staff at Villanova, and was sports information director/cross country coach at Macalester College, before joining the Gophers…
