MSU Moorhead Athletics

A Mound, MN native Jim was a fixture on the Dragon defensive line in the late sixties at nosegaurd. Jim has charted a remarkable coaching career at Jackson and Albany, MN high schools, with over 21 years as head coach. He produced two Minnesota State football championships with the Albany Huskies and has an over-all coaching record of 173-53. He was named the 1990 Football Coach of the Year, and in 1997 he was the Class AAA Coach of the Year. He currently serves as Head Football Coach and Athletic Director at Albany High School, Albany, MN.
