Four-year basketball letterwinner. Scored 1278 points to rank ninth on MSU All-Time Scoring list. Guided Hawley High School to the Minnesota State Tournament in his first year as a prep coach. Longtime assistant coach at Moorhead High School. Active with the Special Olympics on a state and national level.
