Team coached by Hall of Famer Dave Schellhase…won NIC title and advanced to NAIA National Championships for first time…team finished 21-9…center Kevin Mulder was the NIC Player of the Year…forward Steve Richardson was an All-NIC First Team selection…Mulder was NAIA honorable mention All-American as well. Team members included Terry Warkenthein, Rick Roberts, Michael Howard, Manuel Stancil, John Karvonen, Jay Farkas, Craig Gillipo, Tom Ferree, Bob Barsic, Steve Richardson, Matt Brundige, Kevin Mulder, Leroy Humbert and Walt Whitaker.
