Filled prominent role in heart of the Dragon lineup and fuel the baseball revival at Moorhead State in the early 1980s…helped Dragons to their first winning season in nearly two decades with a 21-19 finish in 1982, setting the stage for a championship run a year later…three-year starter, played shortstop for the Dragons…first team All-NIC selection as a junior, NIC Triple Crown winner…led league in batting (.538), RBI (22) and tied for conference home run title with five in 1982…elected into North Dakota American Legion Baseball Hall of Fame in 2011. . .
